Shipping Within Canada Only
We currently ship orders exclusively within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Local Pick-up available in Edmonton.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted carriers to deliver your orders. Delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Standard shipping generally takes 3-10 business days, depending on location.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, all liability rests with them. We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly if you experience any issues with your shipment.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
