Appointment Policy
Please Note:
No additional guests are allowed unless requested and approved prior to your appointment.
No pets or visitors. Please arrive alone.
Late Policy
I do not charge a late fee. If you arrive late, your appointment time will be shortened accordingly, and I will do what I can within the remaining time. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and considered a no-show. No-show policies will apply.
Deposit Policy
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the total service cost.
• Deposits must be sent to althea.allure@gmail.com
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received
• If the deposit is not received within 1 hour, the appointment will be cancelled and made available to other clients
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• All deposits are non-refundable
• 48+ hours' notice: deposit may be transferred once to a future booking
• Under 48 hours' notice: deposit will be forfeited
• If a deposit is forfeited, a new non-refundable deposit is required to secure any new or rescheduled appointment
No-Show Policy
• Your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited
• 50% of the missed appointment total must be paid before booking again
• A new non-refundable deposit is required to secure any future appointment
Booking Restrictions
Repeated lateness, cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows will result in a permanent ban from booking.
This policy is in place to respect everyone's time and ensure a smooth booking process. Please plan accordingly and make any changes in advance.
