POLICIES

Your personal information and banking information is protected and secured. It will not be shared with anyone.

FOREIGN FILL POLICY

No fillsPlease book for a removal and a full set.

GUEST POLICY

No additional guests, unless it has been requested & approved by me prior, are allowed. No boys, pets, or visitors. Please come to your appointment alone.

PAYMENT POLICY

A credit card on file is required to secure an appointment. I require a card on file with authorization to charge any potential outstanding payments, unpaid balances or cancelation/no show fees. Your card is protected and we can’t see the card number (only the last four numbers), giving us no way to use the card outside of the billing system.

*NOTE: The system will not accept debit or prepaid cards* Please contact me if you do not have a credit card.​

I will only be accepting CASH as a form of payment for the day of your appointment. E-transfers will be charged an additional $10.


CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

Cancellations or rescheduling WITHIN 48 HOURS will result in a 75% of total service charged to your card.

No-shows will result in a 100% of total service charge to your card. I do not tolerate no-shows.

Repeated no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling will result in a ban from booking with me in the future.

To avoid any fees, please make any changes in advance. All fees must be paid in order to re-book with me.

You are responsible for making sure the time and date of your appointment.

RESPECT & SAFETY POLICY

I do not tolerate harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or violence in my workplace. I will decline performing your service if you show up with makeup residue around/on eyes and/or whenever I feel unsafe to perform your service such as: uncontrollably flickery/twitchy eyes or the inability to stay still during the service.

LATE POLICY

$10 minutes late = $10 fee

15 minutes late to your appointment will result in an automatic cancellation and will be considered a no-show. No-show policies and fees will apply to you.

FILL POLICY

Fills are required approximately every 2-3 weeks. You must have 50% or more of remaining lashes to qualify for a fill. If you show up to your fill appointment with less than 50% lashes, you will either be rescheduled (fees apply) or agree to be charged a full set & I will fill what I can with the remaining time. Anything over 3 weeks (>21 days) will be considered a full set. No exceptions.

REFUND POLICY

Strictly no refunds.

There will be strictly NO refunds to the deposits or services performed.

By booking an appointment, you authorize Lash Sincity to keep a credit card on file & all policies stated apply to you.
